| How many steaks per package? | Most people choose the number of people that will be eating them. |
| How thick would you like the steaks to be? | 3/4" is standard but we can cut them from 5/8" to 1 1/2" |
| Do you want the Top Round steaks? If so how many per package? Would you like them cut in half? | Top Round steaks are a tougher steak. They are quite large so most people request we cut them in half. If you do not want Top Round steaks we can turn them into a roast, cubed steaks, jerky, or hamburger. |
| Do you want the Sirloin steaks? If so how many per package? Would you like them cut in half? | Sirloin steaks are a good steak. Most people request we cut them in half. They also make an excellent roast. |
| How large would you like the roasts to be? | Roast size is usually determined by the number of people that will be eating it. A good rule is 1/2 lb for each adult person. |
| How large would you like your ground beef packages to be? | Most people choose 1 lb. |
| Do you want any of the ground beef made into patties? If so what percentage and how many patties per pack? | Most people choose about 25% of the ground beef be made into patties. The number per pack is usually determined by the number of people eating it. these are 1/4 lb patties. |
| Do you want the short ribs? | If not wanted we grind it into hamburger. |
| Do you want any soup bones? | If not wanted we grind it into hamburger. |
| Do you want any stew meat? If so how many pounds per package? | Most people choose stew meat in 1 lb packages. If not wanted we grind it into hamburger. |
| Do you prefer Ribeye steaks or Rib steaks? | A Rib steak is a Ribeye with the bone still on it. Bones add some flavor when cooked and some people prefer bone in. |
| Do you prefer T-bones or New Yorks and Tenderloins? | The New york is the big side of the T-bone and the Tenderloin is the smaller part. If this is a whole beef you can request it to be 1/2 New Yorks and 1/2 T-bones. |
| Do you want any cubed steaks? If so how many per package? | Most people choose double the number of steaks per package that was choosen above. If not wanted we will grind into hamburger. |
| Do you want any Jerky? If so what kind (Slab or Extruded)? How many pounds? And which flavor? | It is cheaper to make your own beef into jerky rather than buying it. Slab is the big pieces and Extruded is ground up meat formed into sticks. The cost is $5 per pound (wet weight) with a 5 lb minimum per flavor. |
